Photo Coordinator(s) whose main job is ensure all photos from our photo appendix are executed as well as make sure Grandma Judy is not lost in the lobby!

Vendor Setup Coordinator supervising all vendor load-ins and load-outs

Entertainment Coordinator for direct communication with the band leader or band manager during the reception to ensure proper cueing etc. etc,

Most importantly our "FRIENDORS", the amazing vendors who come through for us at each event and make us Look good!
